The Chosen is a celebration of Irish Whiskey and its rarity, but also of the island. Our beautiful coastal location and its graceful but hardy dune grasses were an inspiration for our creative collaborators, J. Hill's Standard and John Galvin Design. These like-minded Irish design houses share our ethos of preserving traditional Irish crafts not by adhering to old-fashioned rules but by turning them in a contemporary direction.
