This special release is a 27-Year-Old Single Cask, Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Bottled at cask strength (52% ABV), The Chosen is the ultimate expression of Irish Single Malt at the peak of its maturation.

Colour: Burnt Umber

Nose: Superbly elegant and rich. Dried mango yields to layers of polished wood, toffee, chestnuts and a most wonderful rancio.

Palate: A burst of surprisingly young fruits, with a luscious oily mouthfeel giving way to a hint of incense.

Finish: The length continues as the initial fruits slowly ripen and there is a final wisp of smoke.
